Getting started is seamless: simply complete our quick online interest form, and our dedicated team will respond within 48 hours to arrange and finalise your booking. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a personalised welcome email with all the details. Need more flexibility? We also offer a private production room ideal for podcasters, YouTubers, or small teams. Entrepreneurs can reserve multiple workstations in this space and enjoy the freedom of a private office—provided they meet the minimum capacity for full-room bookings.

All You Need To Know

Your booking unlocks a throne of productivity with perks like free coffee for full-month members, gym access for long-term royalty, and secured workstation claims based on your chosen membership tier. Just complete our online form, and within 48 hours, you’ll receive your royal confirmation — all while following our noble house rules of respect, silence, and shared success.

But every realm must have its code. 🎓

Respect the silence of fellow nobles — no loud scroll-readings (phone calls), and music only via enchanted ear devices (headphones). Keep the space pristine, or face the wrath of the realm’s penalties (aka forfeited deposits & security charges).

📌 Boardroom Usage for ExeCO-work Members
    • This refers to the exclusive use of the Lifestyle Centre’s fully equipped meeting room at The Reid (with an air con and LCD screen).

      Please note that members are responsible for the access and conduct of their boardroom guests, the boardroom accommodates up to 10 people.

  • Deposit Payment Policy:
    • Don't worry about the R500 deposit required by The Reid complex this will be covered by ExeCO-work Spaces on behalf of all our members so they can book the boardroom.
    • Therefor no boardroom deposit is required from our clients as per the normal requirement from the Lifestyle Center, provided they book the required boardroom usage through ExeCO-WORK Spaces and have an active co-workspace membership.
  • Access Duration Based on Membership:
    • Day, Week, and Month members: 1 hour of boardroom use per day included.
    • 3-Month Members: Up to 2 hours of boardroom use per day.
    • Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance via ExeCO-work.
  • Booking Hours:
    • Usage must fall within the boardroom’s available hours, as specified by The Reid Lifestyle Centre's operating times.
  • Code of Conduct:
    • Users must adhere to strict noise regulations – no loud meetings or speakerphone usage.
    • All members are expected to leave the boardroom clean and orderly after use.
  • Respect for Shared Spaces:
    • No unauthorized filming, furniture rearrangement, or damage to equipment.
    • Any damage or vandalism may result in loss of workspace access and members being held liable for repair costs.
  • Booking Confirmation:
    • All bookings are handled by ExeCO-work on behalf of clients through The Reid Lifestyle Centre system.
    • Use of the cinema and boardroom is subject to availability.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Failure to cancel may lead to suspension of access for 7 days or deduction of allocated hours.

How the Booking Process Works
    • Our booking process is designed with flexibility and fairness in mind — here's how it works:
  • Step 1: Submit Your Interest Form:
    • Complete the online form on our website to express interest in booking your workspace and indicate your preferred duration.
  • Step 2: Confirmation Within 48 Hours:
    • Our team will get in touch within 48 hours to confirm availability and walk you through the next steps.
  • Step 3: Make Your Payment
    • Daily Bookers: Pay at least 24 hours before your session. Late payment may result in losing your slot to someone else.
    • full-month members: 50% deposit upfront secures your dedicated desk for the entire month.
    • Quarterly Members: Pay monthly in advance. Your space is protected for all 3 months of your membership.
    • 6-Month & 1-Year Members: Full payment upfront. Enjoy guaranteed access, gym benefits, and facial recognition entry to amenities.
  • Step 4: Booking Confirmation
    • Once payment is received, a confirmation email is sent with all details, including access and usage guidelines.

Time Allocation & Additional Hour Policy

Each booking at ExeCO-working Spaces includes a standard 6-hour session from 09:00 to 15:00, which applies to all pass types—daily, weekly, and monthly memberships.

For those who need earlier access (07:00 – 09:00) or extended use in the afternoon (15:00 – 18:00), additional hours are available at a rate of R50.00 per hour. These must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

This flexible extension ensures that members who require extra time can continue their workday with ease, while keeping within our structured operations and respectful co-working environment.
